Hundreds of students suspended for wearing the wrong belt
Hundreds of students at Seagoville High School were banned from classes Tuesday for dress code violations. Belt violations, to be exact. The dress code calls for students to wear a plain black or brown belt with a plain buckle. Anything that can be considered decoration is a strict violation of dress code. You have to wonder what is more distracting from a student's education: a belt bearing something that is considered "decoration" (oh, the horror), or suspending nearly half the student body?

The jackasses just don't get it, Soul.
Come on, everyone knows belts are dangerous!
The school was totally wrong about that..
that is stupid. hundreds of kids at our school wear belts woth 'decorations' on and the worst thing that ever happened to any of them was detention for saying to a teaher 'would you rather i wear this belt or show off my g-string'.
Belts.School. cry cry cry
school...you never know what evil it will pull out of its "discipline" hat!
Wow. This school is the classic Hitler Academy.
Oh no!!!!!! Those belts have something decorative!!!!!!!!!!!! We've gotta suspend more then half of all our students so they don't do anything that involves freedom instead of just asking them to not wear the belt!!!!!!! (Later) SCHOOL IS NOT A PLACE FOR FREEDOM INSIGNIFICANT STUDENTS. YOU WILL BE DESTROYED IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN!!!!!!! And that's how this entire incident happened.
