Teacher told students what ёCHANGE' stood for'
(7 Comments)The Jackson County School Board has taken action against a teacher who apparently made racial commentary on presidential candidate Barack Obama.
According to parents and students in Greg Howard's seventh-grade social studies class, Howard on Friday, Sept. 26 asked the class a question regarding Obama's call for change, and proceeded to write out what the letters C-H-A-N-G-E stood for.

News articles generally don't specify if the person was joking or not. Seems like a really stupid thing to say if you're NOT joking... so, my first guess is the teacher thought it was funny, that's all.
Oh, baww. That's funny! After all, what do you call a nigger on a bike? A thief! Yeah, they're offensive, but they're also really great if you're willing to look past your taboo on certain words and ideas, and simply appreciate a joke that plays off certain stereotypes.
A friend of mine is black, and we've spent lunch breaks hurling racist remarks at each other, loudly. Great fun.
