Boy becomes father at 13
Baby-faced Alfie, who is 13 but looks more like eight, became a father four days ago when his girlfriend Chantelle Steadman gave birth to 7lb 3oz Maisie Roxanne.

I think that even though this duo are not optimal parents, there are far worse ones out there. I don't see why a teenage pair of parents are considered worse than an abusive one, which don't tend to make the news unless they literally torture their children to death.
And blaming sex-ed for this is disgusting, pregnancy rates are higher among "abstinence only" attendees.
