Elementary student stabs classmate
Investigators say the suspect stabbed a 10-year-old girl with a pencil causing a puncture wound on the upper portion of her back.
An argument between the pair happened when the suspect discovered his pencil box was missing from his desk. The item was found in the victim's possession.
Detectives have charged the suspect with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. He is in the custody of his parents at this time. School officials will handle disciplinary action against him. Juvenile Detectives are continuing the investigation and charges are pending at this time.
Meanwhile, the victim did not require emergency medial assistance for her wound. She returned to school Thursday.

A pencil is a deadly weapon. How logical.

ha... Ive Been saying i dont like school because any object can be a "deadly weapon" from a pencil to a gun and anything else thinkable... heck anyone could use a piece of paper to kill someone... i thought it out but i wont go in to detail...(I Haven't tried the paper but think about it... its possibe)
my friend got suspended cuz he stabbed this one kid with a pencil, ironically that same year, i stabbed this other kid in the shoulder with a key. 6th grade was REALLY tough for both of us
This is stupid, why would any coocoo bird do that, he must of been retarted
Is anyone even sure this was intentional? Isn't it possible that the "perpetrator" and "victim" happened to have the bad luck to be holding up a pencil and back up into it?
