Man forces kids to walk 10 miles in below freezing weather
A man in Idaho is charged with second degree murder after forcing his two children ,11 and 12. to walk 10 miles in -4 degrees centigrade (25 degrees Fahrenheit) weather.
The single father of two was driving his children to see their mother when they hit a snow drift. Instead of waiting it out in the car he told his children to walk the remaining 10 miles to their mother's house. The 11 year-old was found dead from hypothermia and the 12 year-old was found in a rest stop delirious from the cold.
Family of the man say that if you saw it from a different point of view it wouldn't be as bad.

The man should be denied any further custody of his living child, and have to serve a life sentence.
That sone of a bitch should be forced to make that walk.
Boohoo. Unless they were wearing jeans and t-shirts, it's a horrible tragedy, but not the father's fault. -4C? Big deal. He should have made sure they got to their mother's house, but as it stands, this is neglect, not murder.
I say fuck him. That's wrong to make kids walk in any kind of freezing weather. And the family can suck it too, it's bad in any point of view!! >=O
One question. How in the hell do you die from 25 degree weather? I mean, I've walked in 10 degree weather before. It was only 1 mile but still, I think I could have handles 10 mils of 25 degree weather (I can't be sure anymore after reading this though). And here no one believed me when I said it was deadly. Suck that bitches...
Anyway. While I agree that he should be forced to walk 10 miles in that, he just probably wasn't thinking. God, I feel sorry for those kids. Especially the one that lived since, how would you feel, seeing your brother lie dead in the snow, then wonder when that would happen to you.
You can get hypothermia in 40 degree weather, IF there is a gust/breeze/Ice age tornado
Lol, why'd he force his kids to walk it and not walk with them? I wouldn't say murder but he definately should be charged with neglect or maybe even manslaughter. Shut up Blipo. How would you like to be 11 and be forced to walk 10 miles in the cold? It was totally his fault. He didn't kill his kids directly but who in their right mind would even do that? Even while not knowing what would happen he must have been pretty dumbfucked to pull something like that.
