Puppy love makes teenagers lose the plot
Adolescents who claim they are "madly in love" might not be too far off the mark: a new study suggests that they show almost manic behaviours.
Serge Brand of the Psychiatric University Clinics in Basel, Switzerland, and his colleagues surveyed 113 teenagers at around 17 years of age, asking them to complete questionnaires about their conduct and mood and to keep a log of their sleep patterns. Of those, 65 indicated they had recently fallen in love and experienced intense romantic emotions.
The lovestruck teenagers showed many behaviours resembling "hypomania"

Although on second thought, and considering how retarded a lot of teachers/parents are, they'll probably end legitimate relationships because they're afraid losing sleep or thinking about their significant other "distracts from schoolwork or other social things."

Well, admins and the sort in school can fuck your life up. I mean thinka bout it: Boy and Girl (Fuck, this will just not get off my MIND.). They don't live near each other. The school could have teachers keep an eye out for them meeting in halls, then stop that, then change their classes and the sort.
true, they can interfere a lot... but if the 2 people want to be together badly enough they'll find a way no matter what.
If two people like each other fine, I'm no romantic when it comes to love, but how about a little self-restraint?
