UK: Youth Film Competition

Could you be the next Steven Spielberg? If you think you have what it takes, then the Film for Youth festival could be just what you are looking for.

The challenge is to produce a short film on the theme of youth.

Guy Ritchie, who directed the hit movie, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, will then cast his critical eye over the shortlisted entries.

The nationwide competition is the brainchild of local charity Youth Action.

The winning entries from across the UK will be screened at a special premiere in Belfast`s Waterfront Hall in July.

How about a film about how young people are treated like crap in school? Think that'll be a hit? ;P
