US: Florida Student Charged With Assault With Weapon
"I saw an article this evening linked off the Drudge Report, and was totally shocked. From the title of this piece, you might expect the student had attacked the teacher with a deadly weapon. Oh, no, you say, the kid got what he deserved? Guess what? The weapon he used was a rubber band, and according to the report, all he did was toss it on the teacher's desk!"
