US: High School Student Wins Mayoral Seat
DES MOINES, Iowa -- In the Story County town of Roland, the new mayor hasn't graduated from high school yet. Sam Juhl, 18, got 48 percent of the vote. He will be sworn in as Roland's mayor in January.
