US: "Intervention" program in schools
Educators from all across the U.S. came to central Iowa this week for a learning experience: Meyer said they look at each student's needs and specify a strategy for that student. Students in small groups receive individual attention 30 minutes a day. The difference is that everyone at the school, including teachers and administrators, is working to catch children who might otherwise fall through the cracks.
